BC2 is a family-owned coffee shop and bakery located just south of downtown St. Paul, MN, in the heart of the West Side. We offer a wide selection of hand-crafted breads and baked goods in addition to fair-trade coffees and fresh-daily homemade soups, salads, and sandwiches.
BC2 proudly serves Rio Lobo Coffee. Rio Lobo Coffee is shade-grown, environmentally-friendly coffee shipped directly from the Cafe Palmira family farm in Guatemala to the Rio Lobo micro-roaster in Hiles, WI.

Cold-press coffee is a concentrated coffee made by soaking beans in cold water. The cold-press process takes up to 12 hours and eliminates the acid content of traditionally brewed coffee, while dramatically increasing the caffeine content.
Mill City Farmers Market
Starting this 2008 season (May 10 - October 18), BC2 will be a regular vendor at the Mill City Farmers Market in downtown Minneapolis. Every Saturday from 8-2, look for the our booth where we will be selling our fresh sourdough breads, croutons, cookies, and other baked goods.
