Bread, Coffee, and Cake
an Artisan Bakery since 2006
BC2 owner and baker Robert Dubuc is a former chef trained at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Dubuc draws from his Mexican heritage to develop his own recipes, most notably his line of sourdough breads.
Along with his family, Dubuc uses his skills as an artisan chef and baker to strengthen the local community: he is pictured below rolling bread with archbishop Harry Flynn at a recent fundraiser held at BC2 for Casa Guadalupana, a local shelter for homeless and struggling Latina women and their families.
