Baking Apprenticeship
This position will train an individual in the fundamentals of sourdough baking, beginning with the starting of the dough from scratch and continuing the full process of scaling, shaping, proofing, and scoring the dough. Hours: 2 AM - 9 AM. Wages: to be determined.
